Isaac Kodsi is a partner in Prim Realty Advisors, LLC. The firm's function is to find and develop real estate projects that would enhance our client's asset allocation and offer alternative investments.

Isaac received his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science. During the 1990's and early 2000's, he founded Kodsi Law Firm and still acts as its Director of Business Development. After working several years in the Kodsi family-owned Royal Palm Communities, a developer of real estate, he founded his own firm in 2002.

The firm, Ark Development, was founded to provide investors and small developers with the service, guidance, and financial support that is difficult to attain. The firm is a real estate investment and advisory firm with the primary function of raising equity for new development projects.
